Cookies and tracking

ggomics.com sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts, and it loads no external fonts or content delivery networks. Every file the site needs is served from ggomics.com itself.

If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that single preference is saved in your own browser using local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your email address (required so we can reply), and optionally your name and a message. We do not ask for, and have no use for, any other personal information.

Standard web server logs — such as IP address and browser type — are handled by our hosting provider as part of serving the site. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

How your message is handled

Submitting the contact form sends your details through Google Apps Script, which forwards them to our inbox at info@ggomics.com. Google processes this on our behalf as our email and infrastructure provider.

We use your message solely to respond to your inquiry and to carry on any conversation that follows from it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside ggomics, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Booking a call

The booking buttons open Google Calendar on a Google-run domain. Anything you enter there is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not this one.

Links to other sites

Links to publishers, PubMed, DOI resolvers, ORCID, Google Scholar, NIH, and FDA lead to sites we do not control. Once you follow one, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful for the working relationship. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

Write to info@ggomics.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data; tell us what you need and we will honour it.

Changes

If this site ever adds analytics, embedded content, or a newsletter, this page will be updated in the same change and the date above will move.
